Who we are

AI TechCareer OS and the AI Tech Career OS Starter Portal (techcareeros.com, the “Site”) are operated by EasyTechJob LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Contact information you submit through our forms: full name, email address, and phone number.
• Account information when you create a login: email address and a password (passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider and are never visible to us).
• Course activity: which lessons and build steps you mark complete, so your progress can be saved across devices.
• Technical data collected automatically by our hosting providers, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and site operation.

How we use your information

• To provide the free course, save your progress, and operate your account.
• To contact you about your free course access — including the setup call described on our landing page — by phone, SMS text message, and email, where you have given consent.
• To send educational content, updates, and offers related to our training. You can opt out at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

SMS / text messaging terms

If you check the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive calls and SMS text messages from EasyTechJob LLC about your free course access, including automated messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your course access.

SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the Site and our communications, including: our CRM (Close), our email marketing platform (ActiveCampaign), our authentication and database provider (Supabase), and our hosting provider (Vercel). These providers are bound to use your information only to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Cookies and local storage

The Site uses browser local storage and cookies to keep you signed in, remember your theme preference, and save course progress. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Site.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the course and comply with legal obligations. We use industry-standard providers and safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices and rights

• Opt out of texts by replying STOP; opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor valid requests as required by law.

Age requirement

The Site and our training are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party sites and tools

The course directs you to third-party tools — including Base44 — that have their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for their practices. Affiliate disclosure: EasyTechJob LLC earns a commission when you activate tools we recommend.
