Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of techcareeros.com and the AI Tech Career OS Starter Portal (the “Site”), operated by EasyTechJob LLC. By accessing the Site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or enroll in the training.

What we provide — and what we don't

The Site provides educational training: courses, written materials, and copy-and-paste prompts that teach you to build career tools using third-party AI software. It is education only.

• This is not a job opportunity, a job placement service, or an offer of employment.
• We make no guarantee of income, employment, interviews, or any particular result. Outcomes shown on the Site are from real students, are not typical, and depend entirely on your own effort, background, and market conditions.
• Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or career advice specific to your situation.

Free access and third-party tools

The training is currently offered free of charge. To complete the builds, you will use third-party tools — including Base44 — that charge their own fees (approximately $50 per month, billed by them, subject to their pricing). Your relationship with those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their services, pricing, or availability.

Affiliate disclosure: EasyTechJob LLC earns a commission when you activate tools we recommend. This is how the training stays free.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

• Don't resell, redistribute, or republish the course materials or prompts as your own product.
• Don't use the Site to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or transmit malicious code.
• Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

Intellectual property

The Site, course materials, prompts, and branding are owned by EasyTechJob LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own career development. The apps and portfolios you build with the prompts are yours.

Communications

By submitting our forms with consent, you agree to be contacted by phone, SMS, and email as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts; unsubscribe link in emails).

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYTECHJOB LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHICH, FOR FREE ACCESS, IS ZERO).

This Site is not part of, and is not endorsed by, Facebook (Meta), Google, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

Governing law and changes
